Daphne is the best real estate agent I could ever ask for. She is professional and dedicated, and most importantly, she listens and always put my need and want in the first place. My condo was a non-traditional case where it needed to be closed as a rental, retouched for sale and be placed on the market. Daphne helped me with the entire process, and she made this process trouble-free. I highly recommend her to anyone who is selling or looking for properties. She has the expertise and acumen to make your life a lot easier and better.

Daphne was very knowledgable and friendly. She set us up with our lender who went way out of her way to help us do what all we needed to do to get our credit situated to get us approved.

She was very helpful to us finding our new house and selling our last house. She treated us like family* she made herself available to take us to open houses and scheduling showings for us. We felt she had our best interest when making decisions. I would recommend her to my family and friends. She explained the buying and selling process. She kept us informed throughout our deal.
